It started with a stack of handouts and a deadline. Every semester meant the same routine — retyping lecture notes into flashcards by hand, digging through scattered WhatsApp groups for past questions, and trying to explain a confusing topic to myself at 1am with no one around to ask.
None of the tools out there were built for that reality. Quizlet doesn't know your course outline. ChatGPT doesn't know the Nigerian 5.0 CGPA scale. And nothing understood what it's like to study on campus Wi-Fi with barely any data left.
So the idea was simple: build the study tool a Nigerian university student actually needs.

I'm a Software Engineering student at FUTO, and StudyLikePro started from a very ordinary problem — I was tired of retyping my own notes into flashcards the night before a test. There was nothing built for how we actually study here, so I built the tool I wished existed, one feature at a time, mostly between classes and assignments. It's still a work in progress, built by someone still figuring things out too — but every feature exists because a real student, usually me, needed it first.
